Mike is originally from Los Banos, California, where he attended and graduated from Los Banos High School. Mike came to Reno, Nevada to play Football for the University of Nevada Reno. Mike also obtained Letters for Baseball and Boxing while attending The University of Nevada. Mike is a past President of the Nevada Alumni Football Association and a current active member. Mike obtained a Bachelor degree in Education from The University of Nevada- Reno. Mike has 33 years of Insurance experience specializing in Habitational, Industrial Restaurant and Mini Storage insurance. His outside interest include: Fly Fishing, Fly Tying, Golf, Abalone diving, ASA Softball player, NCAA Div 1 Softball Umpire.
